TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL SPECIALS

  1. The rules: Two order maximum for special.
  2. Both PO’s must ship no later than June 1st, 2023.
  3. You must write the show special code in the comments section of all applicable purchase orders. Specials will not be given automatically; you have to tell us which orders get them.
  4. These specials are intended for independent gift-and-specialty retailers only. Any/all accounts with negotiated Knock Knock or Em & Friends terms are exempt (ie: they can’t “double-dip”). If in doubt, ask us first!
  5. USPS Ground delivery only. There will be no reimbursements to accounts shipping with other providers. Continental US ship-to addresses only. These specials do not apply to international accounts.
  6. No extensions or exceptions will be granted on the dates of the special. Orders may be written on the road but must be submitted on the above dates. Current back orders cannot be adjusted to reflect this special. All orders require credit card prepayment unless terms have been approved and account is up to date; please reach out if this becomes an issue.
